We would like to thank everyone who attended for giving so generously this year; your kind donations on the night in question, raised £671 for Barrow Food Bank. In fact, since 1979, our carol services have raised a total of £12,311 for charity (before gift aid!).
We have uploaded some images of our favourite moments from the night for you to peruse. The performances from the Satterthwaite Singers and our local bell ringers were particularly enjoyable, as were the many topical readings, poems and comedy sketches scattered throughout the service. We would also like to give a special mention to our lovely hostesses, it is never easy baking for a crowd and the shortbread and mince pies were delicious!
